By purchasing a Product from Istilo, you agree to the Refund & Return Policy and Shipping & Fulfillment Policy.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law & Venue
Governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Severability
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Refund & Return Policy, Shipping & Fulfillment Policy, and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Istilo.
