Shipping policy

In-Stock Orders: Processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. and 5–10 business days internationally.

Pre-Orders: Ship within the timeframe stated on each product page. By purchasing, you agree to the stated wait time.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers depending on rates and availability.

Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking information is sent once the order ships.

Delays: Customers will be notified of anticipated delays due to manufacturing or international shipping factors.

Responsibility: Istilo is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to the carrier. Shipping issues caused by customer error may incur additional charges. Issues attributable to Istilo error will be resolved at no additional cost.
